Itinerary

Pass By: Cape Town Central, Cape Town Central, Western Cape

Pick up will be between 7:30 and 8:30am at your accommodation in Cape Town and surrounding areas, followed by a shared transfer to Franschhoek, known as the Food and Wine Capital of South Africa. (Your exact pick up time will be communicated to you the day before.)

Stop At: Franschhoek Wine Tram, Corner of Main Road and, Cabriere St, Franschhoek, 7690, South Africa

Upon our arrival at the Franschhoek Wine Tram Station at approximately 9:30 am, your tour guide will issue you with your Wine Tram ticket for the specific wine estate route you have chosen. We offer a choice of 4 wine estate routes (Purple Line; Pink Line; Blue Line or Yellow Line).

Please note that wine tasting fees are excluded at the various wine estates and will be payable by yourself on the day of the tour.

Benefit from hop-on-hop-off at the wine estates you choose to visit and skip the ones you don't.

Once you have received your ticket, it is time to enjoy the beautiful day in the Franschhoek Winelands and experience a unique way of wine tasting without the hassle-free. Wine Estates you will be able to visit are Babylonstoren, Haute Cabriere, Mont Rochelle, Rickety Bridge, Grande Provence, La Motte, Holden Manz, Vrede en Lust and a host of many others, depending on your chosen route.

Upon your arrival back at the Franschhoek Wine Tram Station office, please meet your tour guide/driver at the entrance to the office for your transfer back to Cape Town.

Please note that all travellers are to meet their guide at the Wine Tram office by no later than 16:30pm for their transfers back to Cape Town.

Drop off will be at your accommodation in Cape Town and surrounding areas between 17:30 and 18:00pm.
