Begin with a 10:30am pickup at your Singapore hotel, and transfer to the Singapore bus station to board a Business Class coach to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital.
Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, you will meet your private English-speaking guide, and head to the famous Batu Caves on the edges of Kuala Lumpur. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old. Batu Caves was founded by K. Thamboosamy Pillai, an Indian trader in 1891, as a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Murugan. A 42.7-metre high gold-painted statue of Lord Murugan was unveiled in January 2006, having taken 3 years to construct. It is the tallest Lord Murugan statue in the world.

After visiting Batu Caves, sit back as your KL tour guide escorts you around KL to discover the true beauty of Malaysia’s capital. 20 minutes drive from Batu Caves is the Istana Negara (National Palace). It is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the monarch of Malaysia. The palace complex has an area of 97.65 hectares, 22 domes, and is split into three main portions: the Formal Component, Royal Component and Administration Component.

Stop At: Merdeka Square, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Located near the National Palace is the Independence Square (Merdeka Square). This is the historical place where the Union flag was lowered and the national flag was raised for the very first time at the struck of midnight of 31st August 1957.

Stop At: Petronas Twin Towers, Concourse Level, Lower Ground Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur 50088 Malaysia
Located near the Independence Square is the Petronas Twin Towers (452m tower primarily for offices). The Petronas Twin Towers are currently the world’s tallest twin structures. The 88-storey buildings are joined at the 41st and 42nd floors by a 58m double-deck Sky Bridge.

Stop At: Wat Hat Yai Nai, Phetkasem Road near Khlong U Taphao Bridge, Hat Yai 90110 Thailand
In the evening, you will be brought to the Kuala Lumpur bus station to board a Business Class coach to the Thailand town of Hat Yai for sightseeing.
You will first visit the amazing 3rd largest Sleeping Buddha in the world, measuring 35 meters long, 15 meters tall and 10 meters wide. Statues of Buddha can be found all around Thailand which is a predominantly Buddhist country.

Stop At: Hat Yai Municipal Park, Kanchanawanit Road, Hat Yai Thailand
Next, you will visit the top of the Hat Yai Municipal Park to admire breathtaking city views, before hopping onto a 535 meters long cable car ride to enter the popular Elephant Temple where you will see a very beautiful large statue of a three headed elephant.

If time permits, you will be given some time for shopping for local Thailand products and souvenirs.
At around lunchtime on the 2nd day, you will head to the Hat Yai bus station to board a Business Class coach back to Singapore. (Note: If you like to upgrade to a non-stop flight from Hat Yai Airport back to Singapore, please kindly check with guide on the pricing on the 1st day.)
Otherwise, relax in your spacious reclinable seat as your Business Class coach handles the highway with ease. Depending on traffic conditions, you will arrive back at Singapore at around midnight where your coach will drop you off near Singapore Beach Road taxi stand.
