Full-Day Similans Scuba Diving from Phuket

Itinerary

This dive trip in the Similan Islands is designed for certified divers looking to explore this region. You will be taking two dives in these breathtaking waters, guided by certified instructors, with lunch in between. Diving in small groups with maximum four people per instructor.

Departure from most places on Phuket around 06.00-06.30 hours to the meeting point in Tap Lamu. From there the speedboat departs to the big boat, waiting for you at the Similan Islands.

After a briefing you'll make the 1st dive at one of the Similans sites, famous for good visibility and spectacular landscapes but also many hard and soft corals. You will have the opportunity to see many different types of sea creatures, such as moray eels, lion fish, sometimes a napoleon wrasse and many more. This is also a very good trip for spotting leopard and/or blacktip sharks as well as sea turtles.

After lunch and a drink the 2nd dive of the day, at another of the many Similans divesites. After that dive some drinks and time for the transfer back to your accommodation, again by speedboat and airconditioned van.

Diving here can be rather challenging and is suitable for divers who have been diving recently only.
