In Old Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Chandni Chowk (by Rickshaw). In New Delhi, visit India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, and Qutub Minar. Then drive to Agra via The Expressway (3-4 Hrs). Arrive Agra, check-in to your hotel.
