Goreme Open Air Museum and All Highlights of North Cappadocia

This a 9-hour small-group tour takes you to the northern part of Cappadocia. Highlights include Devrent Imagination Valley, Goreme Open Air Museum, Pasabaglari (Monks Valley), Avanos and Uchisar Castle. A superb and well-rounded guided excursion.

Be picked up from your hotel in the morning and head to Devrent Imagination Valley for a stroll through the lunar-like landscape. Next, visit the world-famous Fairy Chimneys at Pasabaglari, as well as the village of Avanos, where you will witness a Pottery-making demonstration using ancient Hittite techniques. Have a lunch at a local restaurant while there.

After lunch, visit the highest point in the region, Uchisar Rock Castle, and get a panoramic view of Goreme Valley from Esentepe (O Agacin Alti).

At the end of the day you will visit Goreme Open Air Museum, featuring the rock-cut churches, frescoes and a monastery.

After the tour, be dropped off at your hotel between 5:00 and 5:30pm.
