Gubeikou To Jinshanling Great Wall Private Hiking Day Tour

To be a real hiker , challenge yourself. Walk along the Great Wall from Gubeikou to Jinshanling, both unrestored and less visited sections of the Great Wall of China. You're accompanied by a private professional guide on a moderately challenging 4-5 hour hiking, with round-trip hotel transport provided from Beijing. You would have lunch in a  local restaurant before transfer to hotel.

Then relax in the comfort of your private vehicle for the 2.5-hour drive to  Gubeikou section Great Wall.  The distance from Gubeikou to the Great Wall at Jinshanling covers about 6 miles (10 km) — it's a bit challenging but much less crowded than other sections. Starting out from the Great Wall at Gubeikou, you'll pass a military area that cuts between the Hikon and Simatai sections. Walk with your guide through an old village and soak up the panoramic views. If the weather cooperates with clear skies, you can see Miyun Reservoir and view Beijing from Wangjing Tower. On reaching the Jinshanling Great Wall, lunch will be provided at a local restaurant ( Your own cost). Embark on a 4-5-hour hike for physically fit participants who appreciate the outdoors.
