The guided tour by Casa Seganfredo is presented in the form of a chat, where we discuss the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, including the grape path inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the transformation of the grape into wine. The champenois method stands out, a sparkling wine fermentation technique under French champagne rules. We ended the visit to our cellar, addressing issues of product storage and stories of the evolution of wine. After the visit, we serve the tasting in a sequence, respecting the taste, in order to provide a taste experience of our wines, with tips on harmonization and service techniques. At the end of the tasting, the glass can be taken as a toast.
