First, try some typical Shanghai-style dishes. Locals call them "Benbangcai" referring to authentic Shanghai home-style cooking. Try signature dishes, such as Lion's Head (meatball), pickled edamame and cabbage, stir-fried rice cake, and crispy spring rolls. You'll also visit the most popular snack shop in the city, and taste a sesame biscuit.

 

Enjoy dinner at HaiDiLao Hot Pot restaurant, and then wander around the Shanghai First Foodmall to grab some dessert before your tour comes to an end.

After your tour is finished, your guide gives you a ride back to your hotel. Arrive at about 10 p.m.
