Stop At: Lake Ashinoko, Hakone, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0521 Kanagawa Prefecture
Ashinoko lake is formed when debris avalanche deposits blocked the Hakone River after one of volcanos in Hakone erupted about 3000 years ago. If you want to enjoy scenery from the lake, it’s a good idea to take a cabin cruiser which is in service from four ports of the lake.

Stop At: Owaku-dani Valley, 1251 Sengokuhara, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0631 Kanagawa Prefecture
Owakudani was created some 3000 years ago during the last eruption of Mt. Hakone.
White smoke and smell of Sulphur drift around the stone valley and you can feel the volcanic activity.

Stop At: The Hakone Open-Air Museum, 1121 Ninotaira, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0493 Kanagawa Prefecture
The art works are varied and interesting (by both japanese and western artists), the view is amazing and the curation is perfect. The combination of nature and art at it’s best! There is also a foot bath where you can soak your legs in hot water.

Bathing facilities boasting a large amount of hot water obtained from seven sources including the oldest source in Hakone, and various effects.
When you experience a hot spring, other guests also take a bath at the public hot spring facilities. If you want to take a bath in a separate room, you need to make a reservation separately from the tour, so please consult with the guide after booking the tour.
