Fiji's original Off Road adventure transports you deep into the Fijian interior aboard our custom built Off Road vehicles. The adventure is brought to life by your guides who will share the incredible history of the region and of course introduce you to the Fijian culture and way of life.
By "Taking the Road Less Travelled" you will be able to see first hand historical & geological sites that still remain as they were from centuries ago.
The Off Road Cave Safari is a half day adventure (4.5hours) which culminates in an amazing visit to the most beautiful cave system in Fiji, the Naihehe Cave.
As part of this experience, we also seek the Bete (priests) permission before we enter the cave system.
Your guides will give you great insight into the Caves and the role they played during the Fijian warfare days and the significance of the region in the Last War of Fiji.

Departs Sigatoka Town
Following the signing in at Tappoos Fiji Market, where you will be given your complimentary bottle of water and sulu (sarong) for women, you will board the bus for the 17km journey inland to the Off Road Cave Safari vehicle departure point. This journey includes a lively commentary we are sure will both educate and entertain.
Arrive at Nakaracia where you will be given lifejackets for the short river crossing to board your Off Road Cave Safari vehicle
Depart for Naihehe Cave and head off inland passing through villages and captivating sceneries
First commentary stop overlooking the Sigatoka Valley and opportunity to capture the moment at this lookout.
Arrive at the Bete's house and present your sevusevu (offering). You will participate in the traditional kava ceremony seeking permission to enter the cave
Enter Naihehe Cave. You will be provided with headlamps for entry into the cave system
BBQ lunch on site overlooking the swimming hole. Guests can choose to swim here if they would like to.
All Aboard for the homeward journey
Arrive back at the Nakaracia base where you can freshen up and look at the images captured from your Off Road adventure.
