Pashupatinath Temple: Your sightseeing tour commences with a visit to Pashupatinath temple. Pashupatinath is a Shiva temple which means “Father of Living Beings”. It is located at the bank of Holy River Bagmati. Only Hindus are permitted inside the temple complex. Non-Hindus can visit other temples located in the area. Pashupatinath is considered as patron of Nepal and official deity.  Some of the temple has erotic wood carving masterpieces. Go to the other side of the river to observe the entire view of the Pashupatinath temple area and observe Hindu rituals inside the temple complex.

Boudhanath Stupa is also a UNESCO listed heritage site. It is encircled by traditional Tibetan settlements and the stupa is decorated with a colorful prayers flag and prayers wheel. Buddha is perhaps the holiest spiritual and Tibetan center outside Tibet. Visit other monasteries dotted in Boudhanath Stupa to see Tibetan traditions, culture, and prayers rituals.
