First we will take you shopping in the local market of Yangshuo to learn about the ingredients that you will use in your dishes. At the end of the cooking class you will eat the meals together and informally explore Chinese culture, folk-lore and customs.
We offers two cooking classes each day, one in the morning with a pick-up time between 9.00-9.30am and one in the afternoon starting at 15.00-15.30 and includes a pick-up from your accommodation in the center or nearby, a guided tour around the market, the course itself and lunch.
