Half-day Yangshuo Xingping Laozhai Hill Sunset Private Tour

Laozhai Mountain near Xingping Town of Guilin has an altitude of over 300 meters (984 feet). 1,149 stone steps lead to the top of the mountain, where you can have a bird’s eye view of the whole scenery at the foot of mountain. It is also the best place for you to take panoramic photos of Li River and Xingping Town.

Stop At: Guilin Laozhai Mountain, Xingping Town, Yangshuo County 541906 China

There was no path on Laozhai Mountain until one Japanese person came here and climbed the mountain. He was attracted and impressed by the landscapes on Laozhai Mountain and spent money to construct two pavilions and a path leading to the top, free for all people.

It is a great place to appreciate the beautiful sunrise and sunset on the mountain top, especially the sunset. When the sun is disappearing at the end of the day, the far rolling hills are colored in red.

Itinerary:

15:00--16:00: Pick up at Yangshuo hotel/Yulong river park gate and transfer to Xingping(The Guilin hotel pick up at 14:00).

16:00--17:00: Climb up to the hill.

17:00--19:00: Enjoy the sunset of the Li-River & Xingping area.

19:00--19:30: Walking down of the hill.

19:30--20:30: Back to Yangshuo/Guilin hotel.
