Helambu circuit trekking starts from the bus drive to Sundarijal which is about an hour drive from Thamel, Kathmandu. The drinking water supply centre of Kathmandu Valley is the source of the holy river Bagmati also. The mystical jungle and the clean fresh water would welcome you towards Chisapani passing by the Tamang Villages. The views of the terraced farmland and the rural Nepal will surprise you. The fact that proves Nepal is the rural country can be seen here as in just about 5 hours difference from the capital city of Nepal the laid back traditional lifestyle of people prevails in the area. From Chisapani to Tarkeghyang passing by Kutunsang and Tharepati would be the walk inside the jungle crossing various streams. The water resources in the area are very rich and provides plethora of mystical forest activities. If you are lucky enough then you can see the endangered animals, birds and vegetation. This trekking route falls within the Langtang National Park which in itself is the diversified National Park of Nepal. Following the trail of jungles once you reach the great ambitious water project of Nepal Melamchi then the trek ends. The bus drive will take you back to Kathmandu.

Day 03: Trek from Kutumsang to Magen Goth (3514m.)
Day 04: Trek from Magen Goth to Melamchi Gaon (2640m) via Tharepati Pass (3650m.)
Day 05: Trek from Melamchi Gaon to Tarkeghyang (2743m.)
Day 06: Trek from Tarkeghyang to Shermathang (2621m.)
Day 07: Trek from Shermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (846m.)
Day 08: Drive from Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Kathmandu
