Herculaneum & Vesuvius shore excursion

Enjoy a day to discover the ruins of Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius with

a private transportation in a modern Minivan driven by a professional driver and

a specialized personal guide who will be waiting for you at the sites.

The tour will start with 

a 2-hour guided tour of Herculaneum and learn all about this ancient city covered by Mt. Vesuvius eruption. 

Afterwards, take a break for

lunch in a typical Italian restaurant for some good wine and traditional dishes. 

After lunch the driver will take you to

Mount Vesuvius, one of the greatest naturalistic attractions of Italy, where you can have a wonderful view of the Bay of Naples and a splendid natural scenery underneath.

Pick up at any client's hotel in Naples and its province, Salerno, Amalfi Coast or the port and airport of Naples and Salerno 
- Transfer to Herculaneum where you'll meet your guide

Visit the ruins of Herculaneum. The most important highlights of the visit: Temple of the Augustali, the beach where more then 300 skeletons were found, Thermal Baths, Forum, House of Neptune and Amphitrite, Samnite House, Gymnasium, House of the Dears, House of the skeleton and much more 
- Lunch break in a typical restaurant (optional)

Transfer to Mount Vesuvius and hike to the Crater (A 20-minute walk is required to reach the highest part of the crater)
- Drop off at the meeting location or other place to be agreed with the tourists
