This guided 90-minute tour brings to life the iconic resort’s rich heritage and architecture through an in-depth, docent-led walking tour that includes access to exclusive behind-the-scenes areas.

The tour does involve walking and using stairs. Not all areas are ADA accessible, comfortable shoes are recommended. Due to the working nature of the resort, we are unable to guarantee access to any specific room or location on our tours. Please check inside the Ice House Museum located in front of the main entrance, next to the Power Plant building on the right side. If you made a reservation under a room charge or pay upon arrival, we will collect payment inside the museum before the tour begins.
