Stop At: Humantay Lake, Cusco 08002 Peru

Humantay Lake (4,200 masl) has become one of the most popular attractions in Cusco. Sorrounded by awe-inspiring snow caped mountains and magnificent glaciers, Humantay lake is a true hidden gem in the sacred Andes.

Our tour guide will lead the hike at a good pace, adapted to your phisycal condition for approx. 2 hrs. Along the trail you will experience fully off the beaten path views and stunning landscapes with Humantay and Salkantay glaciar peaks in background.

Salkantay mountain, Cusco's second highest mountain (6,271 m) stands next to Humantay mountain and together create a dramatic and powerful cordillera landscape.

Having spent 1 hour at the lake, you will descend and continue towards a hearty lunch.
