Itinerary

Day 1: Amman Airport or Amman Hotel - Mt Nebo - Madaba - King's Way - Kerak - Petra Hotel

Stop At: PN Tours Jordan, Al Madina Al Monawwara, Amman 11194 Jordan
Our representative will pick you at any location in Amman (Amman Airport / Amman Hotel or Amman Residence), drive to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died. You visit the old monastery and overlook the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land. We proceed to Madaba, to view the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George's church. Afterward we drive to Kerak along the famous ancient biblical caravan route the King's Way. We have a short stop in Wadi Al-Mujib, a great wide valley with magnificent geological formation. Visit in Kerak the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem. Continue to Petra for overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Petra Visit - Petra Hotel

Stop At: Petra - Wadi Musa 77110 Jordan
Breakfast at hotel, start tour to the red rose city Petra, the biggest attraction of Jordan. Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Pass the canyon, the so called Siq, to see the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. Time to climb the 800 stairs to the Monastery El Deir. Return the same trail back to the entrance. Overnight Petra.

Day 3: Petra Hotel - Wadi Rum 2.5 hours jeep ride - Dead Sea Hotel

Stop At: Wadi Rum Protected Area, Wadi Rum Jordan
Check out and drive 1.5 hrs to Wadi Rum, one of the most impressing desert landscapes in the world. Explore the area by a jeep ride to see rugged mountains, canyons, sand dunes and rock inscriptions from Thamudic and Nabatean period. Proceed 3.5 hours to the lowest point on the earth, the Dead Sea, check in at hotel and overnight.

Day 4: Dead Sea Hotel - Baptism Site - Amman Tour - Amman Hotel or Amman Airport

Stop At: The Baptism Site Of Jesus Christ, Al-Maghtas Jordan
Drive to Baptism Site in the east bank of the Jordan River, the place where John preached and baptized Jesus. Then drive 1 hour to Amman Citadel with Temple of Hercules, Umayyad Palace & Archaeological Museum. Not far is the Roman Theatre from 2nd century, stroll along traditional Souqs and in Jabal Amman. Transfer to your drop off location in Amman (Amman Airport or Amman Hotel or Amman Residence).
