Keirita's Yoga and Diving (Studio yoga class)

Individual attention in a spacious yet personal setting in the privacy & comfort of Keirita's yoga studio. High quality tuition from Koh Lipe's most experienced yoga teacher, teaching for 12+ years in Thailand . A unique & memorable experience (average class size is just 2 to 6 people) social distancing is practiced & all mats, blocks, straps & the studio are sterilised after each use.

Itinerary

Enjoy a small and personal 1 hour yoga class in the Keirita's yoga studio in the heart of Koh Lipe Island. The class is Ashtanga vinyasa yoga based & suitable for all levels.
The class begins with several rounds of sun salutations to get you warmed up before we begin the standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures before finishing with a short meditation & deep relaxation. Modifications are offered for beginners. Start your day the right way. This 8am morning class will inspire you to make the most out of your stay on Koh Lipe.
