After choosing your menu between 6, we bring you to the market to discover vegetables and fruits from Cambodia. After you start to prepare your starer, your main course and your dessert.
When finished, you made the degustation of your work

• fresh springroll - chicken, vegetable, lettuce, etc also vegetarian version available with tofu
• amok fish - amok is the national curry dish. made a lot of fresh herbs. the classical is made with fish but available with chicken vegetable or tofu
• banana passion flambeed - banana cooked in passion fruit juice and flambeed with rum
