Explore the magnificent Kirstenbosch botanical gardens at your own pace. This audio guide takes you on a loop through the lower slopes of the garden where you will be introduced to the main plant collections and other points of interest along the way.  The tour is ready whenever you feel like taking a stroll. Stop At: Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Rhodes Drive, Newlands 7735 South Africa

The tour takes you on a wandering walk beginning and ending just outside the Kirstenbosch Tearoom Restaurant at Gate 2.  Start the tour in the app, put your phone in your pocket, and let your guide direct you through the gardens.  The total walking distance is approximately 2km and takes about an hour without stopping, but you can pause anytime to rest and admire your surroundings. There are a number of benches along the route as well as shady spots on the sweeping green lawns where you are welcome to picnic.
