LAKE COMO, ST.MORITZ AND THE RED TRAIN

Enjoy the quite waters of Como Lake with a morning cruise and discover the beauty of the Alps riding on board of Bernina Express red train, on this full day trip by bus from Milan. Board a luxury motor coach and head to the town of Varenna. After 60 min. drive you will arrive at the Como lake shore where a boat is waiting for you for a relaxing cruise on the peaceful water, just after sunrise. At the end of the cruise, let’s board on the coach to reach St. Moritz; driving through valleys and passes from breathtaking landscapes: Chiavenna, Bregaglia, Graubünden valleys and the mythical route of the Maloja pass. On the way we will stop to take unique photos. Once in St Moritz, orientation walk ad free time for lunch or for a snack. You can choose between a walk through the most prestigious international fashion stores, a promenade along the lake or simply sip a hot chocolate in one of the cafés of the village.

In the afternoon, meeting at the railway station and get on board of the “Bernina Express red train” for a 2:30-hour breath-taking train ride along one of the most beautiful railway routes in the world, through incredible landscapes made of lakes, peaks, glaciers, till reach the Italian village of Tirano: terminal of Rhaetian railway line. From Tirano, is time to drive back: crossing Valtellina, you will have the opportunity to admire a landscape characterized by villages, castles, churches and, above all, the terraces dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard. Wine is one of the most prestigious product of this valley. Now, you can relax till arrive to Milan, where you’ll be dropped off back at your departure point at the end of the day.
