Layover tour roundtrip from Beijing airport to the Great Wall of Mutianyu

This is the tour for those who have a short stay in Beijing, but are still interested in sightseeing and trying local foods and experience some of the Chinese culture. We will pick you up at the airport with a driver and a guide. The Great Wall is about one hour from the airport and is an incredible historic and beautiful site. Our guide will also introduce you to Chinese cuisine and tell stories about Chinese culture. After a memorable day sightseeing, your guide will bring you back to the airport.

Your guide and the driver will pick you up at the airport  with your name on a sign after you exit from the baggage claim. (Please provide your flight number and landing time). Then, you will be transported from the airport to The Great Wall.

Great Wall of Mutianyu: Your opportunity to see one of the Great Wonders of the World. This section is more beautiful and less crowded than the ones closer to Beijing giving you more time to appreciate this massive construction achievement. Your guide will share some very interesting stories about the Wall and China. You will have the opportunity to climb on The Great Wall and experience what it must have been like to construct and defend The Wall. Access to and from the Great Wall include a chairlift (ascent) and a chairlift or toboggan (down). 

Lunch: Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant and try some nice local cuisine.

Your driver will take you back to the airport to catch your flight home.
