An Adventure that combines a navigation to the penguin colony, a visit to the southernmost fishing village in the world and an unforgettable gastronomic experience on the “Ruta de la Centolla”.
We will leave Ushuaia along a scenic route that runs through the Andean Patagonian forest surrounded by the Andes. We stopped at the glacial viewpoint of the Carbajal Valley. Once in Puerto Almanza we will board a modern semi-rigid to navigate the Beagle Channel. This type of smaller boat allows us a closer approach to the islands, ensuring an exclusive and harmonious experience with nature.
Finally we will arrive at Martillo Island, the natural home of the friendly penguins. Back in the village, one of the families will welcome us to their home to enjoy a delicious dish of local seafood in an environment of singular beauty. Then we will take a walk to the Cascada de los Duendes. We start our return making a last stop at the Garibaldi Pass viewpoint

This exciting adventure combines an exclusive navigation to the penguin colony, a visit to the southernmost fishing village in the world and an unforgettable gastronomic experience on the “Ruta de la Centolla”.
Located just 70 kilometers east of the city of Ushuaia. "La Ruta de la Centolla" is a path that runs through the fishing community of Almanza, a picturesque village and southernmost town in the country, which includes local and artisan producers who not only specialize in the spider crab, but also in the diverse gastronomy marine such as seafood and different fish options, all obtained in one of the highest quality marine environments in world conservation.

Stop At: Canal Beagle, Ushuaia Argentina

Once in Puerto Almanza we will embark on a modern semi-rigid to cross the waters of the Beagle Channel. This type of smaller boat allows us a closer approach to the islands, ensuring an exclusive and harmonious experience with nature.

Stop At: Mirador Del Valle Carbajal, Ushuaia Argentina

One of the scenic stops is at the Carbajal Valley glacier interpretation viewpoint. We continue through the winter centers, where during the cold months all kinds of snow activities are practiced, until we reach the intersection with Route “J”.

Stop At: Isla Martillo, Ushuaia Argentina

On the way to Isla Martillo, through the protected and calm channels of the canal, we enjoy unique landscapes, the observation of colonies of sea lions and many of their birds such as albatrosses, petrels, cormorants, skuas and many more.
Finally we will arrive at Martillo Island, the natural home of the friendly penguins. There we can approach with our semi-rigid to appreciate the two preponderant species on the island: the Magellanic and Papuan penguins.

Finally we begin our return to the city of Ushuaia making a last stop at the Garibaldi Pass viewpoint, the highest mountain pass in the Fuegian Andes. It is the panoramic point from where we can appreciate the Escondido Lake.
