Pass By: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt

Be picked up from your central Luxor hotel, or Luxor airport, by your tour guide. Then you will be transferred by private air-conditioned vehicle to the West Bank where you will visit the Valley of the Kings and admire the magnificence and grandeur of the architecture of the burials. There are many kings buried in this valley. The well-known tombs are those of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. After, continue your visit with the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Dir El Bahari. It was built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C). She was the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. Your day will follow with the tour of the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. You will then be transferred to the East Bank of the Nile to visit Karnak Temple, the greatest example of worship in history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. End your tour by visiting the Temple of Luxor, built by Amunhotep III in 18th dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th dynasty. Be driven back to your hotel in Luxor or to Luxor airport at tour's end.
