Machupicchu 2 days

Visit the wonder of the world in two days, with greater calm and tranquility. On the tour you will be able to appreciate the beauty of the landscapes of the Andes, cloud forest, and the Vilcanota river. The first day you will arrive at the town of aguas calientes where you will sleep in the hotel. The next day we visit the citadel of Machupicchu for hours with the guide. And in the afternoon you will return to the city of Cusco.

Itinerary

Day 1: DAY 1: CUSCO – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES

Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
You will be picked up from your Hotel in Cusco, to take the transportation to Ollantaytambo, this takes approximately 2 hours. Then board the train at 11.15 am or the next, on the journey to Aguas calientes you will have a pleasant tour, enjoying the breathtaking scenery through the panoramic windows of the train. You can see the “Nevado Veronica“, the starting point of the famous Inca Trail, the Inca terraces of Patallacta and the archaeological complex Choquesuysuy. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, the village at the foot of MachuPicchu, will be picked up by the hotel staff. In the afternoon you will meet our guide, to give you the corresponding information, to visit Machu Picchu.

Day 2: TOUR IN MACHUPICCHU AND RETURN TO CUSCO

Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
At 5:30 we will take the first bus to Machu Picchu (a half hour climb), to enjoy an unforgettable view of the sunrise in Machu Picchu.

When you arrive to the gate, there you will meet with your tour guide, he will show you all the most important places for 2 hours. The mystical serenity that emanates from these towering walls and the mystery of the stones fit perfectly, inspires a deep respect for the builders of this monumental work, which have managed to combine their art with the whims of a wild nature. From this year in ahead is working the new regulation to visit Machupicchu, so we are doing in the first Schedule it begings from 6 am until 12:00 pm. And this ticket is valid only for one use. After spending unforgettable moments in Machu Picchu, you will return to Aguas Calientes to take our tourist train back towards Ollantaytambo, then by bus to Cusco.

Please if you make the reservation in very advance ( 2 months minimun); we will buy the train ticket back from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo at 14:30; wich arrives to Cusco at 7:00 pm.
