Mai Chau Nature Day Trip

Mai Chau is a rural located in the Northwest region of Vietnam and far from Hanoi 150km. Here are a peaceful valley sheltered by the outside world by a dramatic ring of hills. Its isolation has allowed a traditional way of life to thrive in a way that you wouldn’t expect so close to the capital city.

Mai Chau Valley is the adjoining villages of Ban Lac and Pom Coong. Here it’s all about bamboo stilt houses and paddy fields, with a feel that’s more like rural Laos or Thailand than Vietnam.

Stop At: Mai Chau, Mai Chau, Hoa Binh Province

7:00 - 7:30 Our bus and tour guide will pickup at your hotel/accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter and departure to Mai Chau.
10:00 Short break on a halfway
11:30 Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley and arrive in Mai Chau valley
12:30 Have lunch at local restaurant with traditional food in the village (vegetarian available)
13:30 Trekking the village and bicycle ride with local tour guide through the family working in fields, locals weaving scarves and, visit surrounding peaceful villages.
15:30 Leaving Mai Chau for get back to Hanoi.
19:00 Arrive in Hanoi and drop you off at your hotel. Day trip finish.
