Mai Chau Nature trekking 2days group tour

Mai Chau Nature is a peaceful valley sheltered by the outside world by a dramatic ring of hills. Its isolation has allowed a traditional way of life to thrive in a way that you wouldn’t expect so close to the capital city.

Mai Chau Valley is the adjoining villages of Ban Lac and Pom Coong. Here it’s all about bamboo stilt houses and paddy fields, with a feel that’s more like rural Laos or Thailand than Vietnam. It’s easy to arrange a tour package with small group through one of the travel company in Hanoi.

Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau Valley

Stop At: Mai Chau Villas, Mai Hịch, Mai Châu District, Hoa Binh, Vietnam
7:00 - 7:30 Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter in our comfortable van transfer to Mai Chau
9:00 Short break on a halfway
11:00 Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley/arrive in Mai Chau
12:30: Have lunch at traditional food at local restaurant in village (vegetarian available)
13:30 After lunch bicycle ride with local tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving scarves and visit surrounding peaceful villages.
16:00-18:00 Free time for discovery in Mai Chau.
18:30 Enjoy your dinner at local restaurant
19:30 - 21:00 Watch Thai traditional dance in the stilt house and Enjoy Traditional alcohol (Ruou can) with the community

Day 2: Adventure trekking - Hanoi

7:00 Wake up with refresh in a nature - quiet village and have breakfast
08:00 Tour guide take you to visit the remote rural villages: Na Meo, Na Mo and Xam Pa villages to understand more about their culture and custom sand and local market
12:00 Get back to your home stay for check out and have lunch. After lunch free time to relax until 15:00 – 15:30 get on bus to get back to Hanoi.
19:00 Arrive in Hanoi Old quarter. Drop you off at your hotel and tour finish.
