MAIZ Cooking Class & Tour To The CASA Oaxaca

In help whit a Native Chef you will have a cooking clase about MAIZ who teaches you how to use it and cook it to made your own tortillas, memelas, tetelas and more. Also you will learn about the NIXTAMAL that is the technic to prepare de corn. We will show you how to chosse the best ingredients of the region to prepare the best dishes and also you will know the CASA that is one of the most beautiful places from Oaxaca that also has different art expositions.
We have also a vegetarian and vegan menú, please specify it before or also any food restriction

We will visit the San Agustin Center of Arts CASA, that was founded by the Master Francisco Toledo, will go to see the old hand made paper factory and after that will cook the corn and explain everything about the NIXTAMAL, will go to the Molino and after that will prepare tortillas, memelas, quesadillas, empanadas, tetelas and tlayudas, also we will made a sauce and enjoy everything whit some mezcales. Im pretty sure that if you like to enjoy your food, this will be a pleasure for you!
