The class begins with a detailed overview of all the different kinds of sool (Korean traditional alcohol) and how they compare to other alcohols of the world. We cover the various fermentation techniques and how to make delicious alcohol almost anywhere in the world.
We then get our hands on instruction of the day's recipe, a single stage brew that can be made easily replicated in any kitchen. We will take you from the very beginning stages of washing rice to the final filtering process. After the class, you have the option of taking home your vessel to watch the magic happen and filter your alcohol in seven days.
