Around 7:00 am Tour guide and bus will pick up at your hotels in Ho Chi Minh city (within District 1) and transfer to Cai Be. On the way you will stop to take photos in Tan An town which overlooks the picturesque flat rice fields.

Stop At: Cai Be Floating Market, Cai Be Vietnam

9:30 Arrive in Cai Be and get on a sampan boat ride to Cai Be floating market. You will be see the local people trading fruits and many other commodities on their vessels ( Depending on specific week date, you can see floating market exchanging goods). Tour guide will take to visit a small family business to learn how to make crispy rice popcorn and coconut candy. After that, we wander into the small villages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation while listening to traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.

11:30 You reached Tan Phong island, the green pearl of Vinh Long town where you can immerse yourself in nature. You will learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. And then, in the heart of the garden, we will enjoy fresh river food and the food we cooked by ourselves. After lunch, we will relax in hammocks to get back our energy.
14:00 It’s time to cycle around the village path with fruit orchards and bonsai garden. This is a chance for you to meet the local islanders to learn more about the daily life of local people in the Mekong Delta.
