We will visit one of the seven wonders of Portugal. The western crater of Sete Cidades has many spectacular views from many different angles. We will spend a few hours in this area as there is just so much to see-

Stop At: Lagoa do Fogo, Miradouro da Serra Barrosa Agua de Pau, Sao Miguel Portugal

A beautiful view from the top of the Pico da Barrosa mountain where you can see both sides of the island a one time. Up at 947 meters the sound of silence awaits us.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Caldeira Velha Environmental Interpretation Centre, Estrada Regional da Lagoa do Fogo, Ribeira Grande, Sao Miguel 9600-501 Portugal

Bathe in the hot thermal waters or visit the warm waterfall.
