Fort jesus is an historical fortress built by Portuguese on 15 century to guard and protect the indian ocean trade together with the old port of Mombasa. Here you will get to learn about the history and culture of the swahili civilisation as well as influences left by the traders who came from different parts of the world on the coastvof Kenya.

An history town which has been existing since the 9th century with alot of influences from the Arabs, Portuguese, British and the Indians. This is one of the many arabic settlements on the Kenyan coast which flourished from the 13th century.

Stop At: Marikiti Shop, 84HJ+9FM, Mtito Andei, Kenya

Marikiti is a spice market built during the first world war by the British(1914-1918). Its local market where local buy there different sorts of Spices, tea and coffee as well as fruits and vegetables.
Guest will get to interact with local vendors negotiating the prices of what they are interested in buying either for their personal use or souvenirs or gift to their relatives or friends.
