Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking Guide

Bali’s Mount Batur is a sacred site according to Hindu belief. The active volcano is located at the center of concentric calderas northwest of Mount Agung, with an altitude of 1,717 meters. Hike to the top of the mountain to take in a spectacular sunrise.

This 10-hour trekking excursion begins with a complimentary pick-up at your hotel and a transfer to the starting point for the hike up Mount Batur.

An experienced English-speaking guide will be with you throughout your trek to the top of the volcano. When you reach the top you’ll enjoy breakfast and hot tea while taking in the spectacular sunrise.

After the trek you’ll stop at a coffee plantation to enjoy a delicious cup of local coffee before heading back to the hotel.
