Biggest ski centre in South America... winter and summer time in the mountain! Speaking about San Carlos de Bariloche means speaking about “Cerro Catedral” which stands for “Mount Cathedral”, which name was imposed due to the resemblance of its summits to the towers of a Gothic cathedral. During the winter, where winter sports center Antonio M. Lynch skiing is done at national and international levels, including competitions for professional and amateur, and other disciplines that relate to the snow. Its majesty is well-known by skiers from all round the world.

The path starts by Bustillo avenue towards Llao Llao. After passing Playa Bonita beach, we turn left at km 8. Arriving at Virgen de las Nieves we take the road on the right. Passing by the salmon farming center, will reach Villa Catedral, at the foot of the homonymous hill.
This ski resort has all the infrastructure and services necessary to be at the level of the most famous ski resorts in Europe. From the base, various lifts start, and lead to different platforms, which have snack bars and restaurants for all requirements. The total descent can be performed skiing (in winter) through the different tracks, by cable car or chairlift.
