Gnocchi means three words to me: sharing, union, family. Just like in the best Italian family, in this cooking class, we'll make gnocchi all together, sharing time, laugh and preparing this amazing traditional dish with our own hands.
Gnocchi are simple and quick to prepare but at the same time, they can be tricky. In this gnocchi cooking class, I will share with you all the secrets that my grandmother handed down to me so you can get perfect gnocchi on any occasion. We will prepare two different types of gnocchi starting from the fresh ingredients... the classic dough with potatoes and the ricotta cheese one.
At the end of the cooking class, we will eat together what we have prepared before. A three-course meal, cooked without/low salt and sugar in order to taste and savor the true essence of food and be surprised by the sensations that will be perceived on the palate, regional wine, and lots of laughs.
