Mykonos has whitewashed cubic houses with wooden coloured doors, windows and balconies, narrow streets forming a labyrinth, beautiful churches, lovely chapels and purple bougainvillaeas contrasting with the bright white of the buildings' walls. Are you ready to explore Mykonos Town?

We will meet at a central location, at Manto Mavrogenous Square, walk around the houses of Little Venice and take snapshots of daily life.

We will visit squares and church courtyards, walk around the neighbourhood of Lakka, away from the high street and we will have a stop to enjoy your delicious breakfast goody bag with plenty of local delicacies at the same time we will give you some information about the island, places to eat like a local in Mykonos and where to enjoy a Greek coffee or the famous Freddo.

This is our meeting point and first stop!
Looking out over the Old Port and marking the entrance to historic Mykonos Town is Manto Mavrogenous Square the lively epicentre of the quintessential Greek Island destination.

Stop At: Matoyianni Street, Mykonos Town Greece

Stroll your way down Matoyianni street, with the cute but posh shops, restaurants and the lovely stone covered pedestrian alleys and get the vibe of the island's town! A must visit area, perfect street for taking pictures, with beautifully decorated corners, blossomed bougainvillaeas in the streets, and even artistic decorations in front of the local stores. Sort stop for breakfast.

Stop At: Church of Paraportiani, Kastro-Paralia, Mykonos Town 846 00 Greece

The church of Paraportiani dates back to the 15th century making it Mykonos' oldest church. It must have occupied hallowed ground because, as its name ("church by the gate") with its unique shape and location, the Church of Panagia Paraportiani still carries the history of Mykonos in and around it.

Stop At: The Windmills (Kato Milli), Alefkadras, Mykonos Town 846 00 Greece

The windmills are the quintessential features of Mykonos landscape. There are plenty of them that have become a part and parcel of Mykonos. The Windmills the most famous landmark of Mykonos with lots of people visit them from all over the world every year.

Stop At: Little Venice, Mitropoleos Georgouli, Mykonos Town Greece

Wandering around the pretty streets, admire the old house hanging above the water and take photos of this scenic place.
