Naadam Festival 8 days and Khuvsgul Lake, Reindeer, Nomadic family

Naadam is traditional festival in Mongolia. The festival is also locally termed "eriin gurvan naadam" mean "The three games of men". The games are Mongolian wrestling, horse racing and archery and are held throughout the country during the midsummer holidays. Women have started participating in the archery and girls in the horse-racing games, but not in Mongolian wrestling. In 2010, Naadam was inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO. The main attraction of Naadam festival is opening ceremony and tickets are limited.

Khuvsgul lake is dark, blue pearl and Darkhad valley - there are over 200 lakes surrounded by high mountains covered with forest and extensive marshland , which is a home of reindeer people- Tsaatan ethnic minority.

Day 1: July 10

Pass By: Ulaanbaatar, Ulaanbaatar
Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, pick up Chinggis Khaan Airport transfer to 4* hotel and Short city tour.

Day 2: July 11

Pass By: Naadam Center, Chinggis avenue-6, Stadium Orgil G-201, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
Naadam festival: watch the Opening ceremony at the central Stadium. Enjoy sports and cultural performances, including wrestling and archery contest. In the afternoon, enjoy horse racing. Naadam's Gala dinner with Mongolian Folk music performance.

Day 3: July 12

Pass By: Naadam Center, Chinggis avenue-6, Stadium Orgil G-201, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
2nd day of Naadam. After breakfast visit horse racing area. Witness of 4 & 5 years old horse race. Lunch at there and riding horse, archery and explore some Mongolian cultures.

Day 4: July 13

Stop At: Murun, Murun, Khovsgol Province
After breakfast drive to Murun, Khuvsgul. Lunch will on the way. Evening visit Murun city family stay in house.

Pass By: Murun, Murun, Khovsgol Province
Morning drive to Nomadic family, meet their daily life with animals and ride a horse, milk a cow, overnight stay in ger that Mongolian traditional tent.

Day 6: July 15

Pass By: Murun, Murun, Khovsgol Province
After breakfast with nomads, drive to Khuvsgul lake the largest & freshest water in Mongolia and traveling by Sukhbaatar boat on lake one hour, have lunch at restaurant near to lake.

After lunch visit Reindeer people, one of the last nomadic reindeer helders in the world, live in depths of taiga. Have dinner and sleep near to Lake in tourist camp.

Day 7: July 16

Pass By: Ulaanbaatar, Ulaanbaatar
Back to Ulaanbaatar lunch will have on the way and stay in Hotel.
