Naivasha Day Trip

Enjoy a full day tour around Lake Naivasha. Begin by doing a game viewing drive at Hell's Gate National Park or a bicycle ride through the park. Later go to the gauges where you will see the “Devils Kitchen” and the hot springs. After head to your hotel for lunch. Afternoon go for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha and a Walking Safari at the Crescent Island animal sanctuary.

 

 

ITINERARY

6:45 am: Pick up from Nairobi and depart for Naivasha

8:30 am: Begin your game viewing drive at Hells Gate National Park. Optional rock climbing. Head down to the gauges for a visit of the devils bedroom.

12:00 am: Head to a lake side hotel for a buffet lunch as you enjoy the views.

1:30 pm: Head out for a boat ride round Lake Naivasha as you watch the over 400 species of birds. See the hippo families and the fishermen do their daily fishing at the banks of the lake. Take a walking safari at Crescent Island and get up-close to the giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest among other animals.

3:00 pm: Head back to the mainland and drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at your hotel.
