Good morning!
We will pick you up from your Hotel at 7:00 am and drive (approx 25m) to Kirtipur to our cooking school. You will be welcomed by a typical Nepali Masala tea. Now your cooking will start by picking (seasonal) vegetables from our garden. Just before start, your teacher will get primary info about your food behavior (veg, non veg), dietary, allergy etc. Now, you will involve to chopping, cooking, frying, boiling or steaming.
Your first part of cooking (rice, Dal, mix veg, chicken, pickle, papad, spinach and etc) Nepali set meal will be ready. Your will taste it and after early lunch have a small break. Take a look around and after refreshment, start to cook second part of cooking. Mostly the second part is to prepare dumplings (MOMO). making dough- chopping onions, cabbage, mixing masala with meat (spices) and rapping it. Steam the MOMO and try it and finally depart to you to your hotel. We will provide you a basis hand out what you have learnt to this class with ingredient details.
