The most famous monument of the walled city is also known by the name of Castello Cini. Currently, the monument is owned by the Veneto Region, which has converted its intended use in a prestigious museum. Inside the castle area preserved a real treasure like ancient weapons, beautiful tapestries and marvellous furniture from all Italy.

Villa Duodo, also known as the Villa Valier, is attributed to the architect Vincenzo Scamozzi and was built for a Venetian patrician, Francesco Duodo, circa 1592. Sited high on the rocca of Monselice, the villa, which shows Palladian influences, has two "L"-shaped blocks forming a rectangular courtyard. Near to the villa, a church dedicated to San Giorgio, which is the last and biggest church completing a "sacred route" of pilgrimage which rises from the town center to the top of the Rocca hill.
