Olive Oil, Cheese and Wine

Wine is a drink that can be combined with many products, but it can be agreed that nothing compares to bread with olive oil and / or a delicious cheese!

On this tour we will explore Mendoza for its best: wines and olive oils. We will go to one of the two regions close to the city. In Maipú are located some of the oldest and most traditional wineries and buildings in Mendoza in general and we will be able to see up close the work of renowned producers of both oil and wine, as well as a regional producer of the typical Argentine sweet milk that also produces variety of homemade cheeses of unquestionable quality.

Olive oil tasting at Olivicola LAUR.

In this circuit we will try the best olive oil from Argentina elected in 2016 and in the top 10 ranking in the world at Laur olive. We will know all the contrast of its olive oil production from the old way to the most modern process. The tasting is an affection for the flavors ... you will be able to perceive them and choose from the favorites.

Cheese tasting.
After this beautiful visit, we will visit a boutique cheese shop named Qualtaye. Here we will try three types of classic cheeses and flavored with other products, and finally the famous homemade dulce de leche.

Lunch at the Pan y Oliva restaurant. Our last stop will be at the Zuccardi Family, a winery giant that has more than 180 hectares of vineyards and many winemaking rooms. The visitor will also be able to visit the art room where the tasting takes place, the shopping space and the restaurants. Since they are also synonymous with olive oil, we will complete the day with a delicious harmonized lunch and a brief visit to the olive grove
