One Day Badaling Great Wall and Dingling Tomb Day Tour

In this 8 hours no-shopping tour you will visit Badaling section of the Great Wall and Dingling Tomb. You will spend about 2 hours to hike on the Great Wall to enjoy the grand beauty of this ancient military construction. And you will stroll around the Dingling Tomb to find basic facts of the Underground Palace. Stop At: Dingling Underground Palace, Ming Tombs, Changling Town, Changping District, Beijing 102213 China

At 08:00 our guide and driver will greet you at your hotel in Beijing city area. First, we will drive to visit the underground palace of Dingling (one of the 13 Ming Dynasty imperial Mausoleums). Dingling Tomb is the tomb of Emperor Shenzong, Zhuyijun, who reigned 48 years, the longest among all Ming emperors.

Stop At: The Great Wall at Badaling, Badaling, Yanqing District, Beijing 102112 China

After lunch, we will pay a visit to the Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and the best-preserved section of the Chinese Great Wall. The mountain slope is very steep and the roads are tortuous, which made it an important military stronghold in ancient time. The wall is like a strong dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges. Cable car on Great Wall is available and optional. On the way back to city area, we will make a stop at Bird’s Nest and Water Cube to pay an outer visit and take some pictures.

After visiting, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Beijing city area at around 17:30.
