One day Stone Forest and Nuohei Yi Village Tour

Stone Forest is the " must see " attraction in Kunming which is the national geological park. Yi people is largest ethnic group  in Yunnan. The Nuohei Village is a typical Yi village in this region and  enjoying the fame as "the most famous stony village with Karst terrains". Then drive 1.5hrs to south to have the tour of Stone Forest park An old local saying says that 'If you have visited Kunming without seeing the Stone Forest, you have wasted your time.' Truly, the Stone Forest is one of the most important attractions of Yunnan. After lunch , you will continue drive another 40m to visit Nuohei Yi village it is a word from the language of the Sani People (a branch of the Yi ethnic minority in Shilin County). It means "monkey pond". The village nestles among mounts and lakes. It's a world of stones, composed of roads paved with polished stones, slate houses, rocky mounts and Karst lakes.
