Itinerary
16.00 Welcome in the property with Opera welcome coffee in The Kitchen.
4.15pm Walk in the vegetable garden and harvest of seasonal fruits and vegetables that will be used during the course in the kitchen.
4.45pm Cooking class according to the ancient culinary traditions of Italian cuisine to prepare dinner.
7.00 pm Aperitif in the garden with tasting of high quality Prosecco and our own EVO oil.
19.30 Dinner prepared by the guests which consists of: an appetizer, two types of handmade pasta and a dessert, all prepared following traditional recipes but with a modern reinterpretation.
20.30 Dolce and coffee are served during the live performance of the most beautiful arias of the Italian Opera, performed by professional musicians with international experience.
21.15 End of experience.
