Organic Dim Sum:Dumplings / Pork Bun Class HK(min 2ppl)

Hi ! Everyone, I am local from Hong Kong.

Cooking has been one of my biggest interests since I was a kid as my Mom taught me how to make different types of Chinese dishes. Especially traditional dumplings in which it was our regular custom that gathers all the family together to prepare, wrap and cook.

I would love to share this happy experience with guests from preparation to sitting around the table and enjoying the food.

Going to wet market nearby station and buy ingredients together then head to the cooking place to prepare and cook dumplings. In this case we ensure all ingredients are fresh. We make from scratch. Due to security measure announced by the HK government for the covid 19, everyone should be wearing a mask during the class. Therefore all the food has to be packed cooked or uncooked. For the uncooked we will teach you how to cook it first then you can bring home to cook the packed food
