Hi I am a local from HK. My mom taught me a lot of dimsum dish. I would love to share my mom recipe with people coming from all around the world and who like Xiao Long Bao. We use fresh organic black Iberian pork as filling but you can also opt for vegan. We will make the wrapper from scratch. Step by step. Hands-on cooking experience with peaceful music and environment.

Meet-up at metro station then head to local market to buy ingredients and cook at home. Will teach step by step. Making the dish from scratch, we will make the dough and filling ourselves.
Due to covid 19 everyone need to wear a mask and all the cooked food is needed to pack away.
