Pailon Del Diablo - Route Of The Waterfalls

The Pailón del Diablo de Baños is unique because you can see 3 waterfalls, thus demonstrating all its attributes in all their splendor. Those who get to see the waterfall say that the shape of the rock has a resemblance to a reclining face, it is because it is known as the Prince of Darkness, and from here it is that the name of Pailon del Diablo is given, to be able to appreciate this face must watch from suspension bridge.

During the route we will find the Agoyán waterfall, fed by the Pastaza river, it is located among one of the highest waterfalls in Ecuador. When we are transported through the tunnels that are bathed by waterfalls, once past the tunnels we will be able to admire the next waterfall, the Manto de la Novia waterfall. in this place you can access the tarabita and the bridge where both locations they will provide a view from different angles of the whole between the beautiful waterfall and biodiversity of the place.

Passing the Manto de la Novia, the path is chosen to go to the most impressive waterfall called Pailón del Diablo, due to the shape of the rock in the stone and the waterfall would seem to fall on a large bucket and on the mountain the rock bears the face of the devil.
