Palenque Village Tour

This adventure is one in life time, is visiting a corner of Africa in Colombia, it is an experience only for people who likes people, an experience only for people who loves people, this is an experience for people who value the life in terms of loving, travelling, learning, testing new food and meeting new people.

The tour start in your hotel and last more or less 6 hours, it includes, transportation, tour guides, tipical lunch, a walking tour in the village, a speach about Africa, about Palenque, about slavery, about what people from Palenque think, about their believes, religion. their food, their music and a lot more.

Our activity begins in your hotel,  a bilingual tour guide pick you up in an air condition car, van or bus. On the way to the village, we stop in a beautifull place to drink something and to visit the rest room if you need to.

On our way to Palenque, we have a pretty landscape and you might see even buffaloes, we will pass over a brand new bridge over a very interesting 112 km canal hand made in 1.650.

Once in the village, a Palenquero tour guide who speaks Bantu will give you a speach and our bilingual tour guide will translate for you.

During the walking tour, we visit the main spots of the town and even some houses to talk to people.

While waking , we have something to drink and also dancers and musicians from Palenque and why not also lunch.
