The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen and you will learn how to make three types of fresh pasta, Pici, Tagliatelle and Gnocchi.
Each type of pasta will be paired with a Tuscan sauce made with seasonal vegetables.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared and each course will be paired with a different organic wine and all our extra virgin olive oils.
